Black-naped Monarch |
is
an uncommon Resident bird in Sri Lanka, found in Dry Low-land to mid hills
forests.
Comparatively be found more in wet zone.
It’s coming from flycatcher
family and very active.
Male is blue color with a white belly and has a black
color patch on the Nape.
Female is dull blue color head with brownish back,
wings and tail.
Habitat is Wooded areas and adjoining home gardens.
